DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
We offer a same day dispatch service for orders placed before 12.30 (larger orders may take a little longer). The shipping costs are based on the number of items, weight and the speed you would like your order to arrive.
Shipping to UK, USA & Europe
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker.
If there is a delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.
The shipping costs are calculated by weight so if an order weighs under 2kg then the shipping options available will be via Royal Mail, DHL or DPD if the weight is above 2kg then only DHL and DPD options will be available
When ordering goods from Garnier Lingerie for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destinations. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary from country to country, so we do advise you to check with the local customs office. International parcels or international customers dispatching goods internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Before returning any item(s), firstly please contact us by email ([email protected]) stating the order reference number, name on the order, delivery postcode and reasons for return. Upon receipt of this email, we will, normally within 2 working days, reply with details of how to return the item(s) to us. Please do not send back unapproved returns as they may be rejected.
Any items for return as “unwanted/not required/ordered in error/not as expected/unsuitable etc.,” must be UNUSED, UNOPENED, SEALED as they were sent, and in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING. Any “seal” labels must NOT have been removed or tampered with. We are unable to accept back any product(s) not in this condition. Provided we are notified within 14 days after receipt of delivery we will happily refund or exchange an item. Notifications received after 14 days but within 30 days may be exchanged for a replacement or alternative of equivalent price. All carriage costs for these transactions are at the customer’s expense.
